In Safranbolu, one of the best preserved villages of Anatolia, there are two mansions, standing like pearls next to each other by sharing the same garden, connected with one small mansion placed out of the main garden, converted to a hotel complex by “Turing”. The style of these hotels ushered in a new era both in Safranbolu and throughout the country:

The first, larger building was called “Havuzlu Konak - The Mansion with a pool” because of its splendid indoor pool. The next door house named as “Cevizli Konak - The Walnut Tree Mansion” because of the huge walnut tree that shades the mansion. The third mansion is called “Kucuk Konak – Small Mansion” as it stands away and alone from the two main mansion.

The breakfasts, lunch and dinner, all prepared with local and natural products are served under the shadows of the trees in the main garden on hot summer days... All can enjoy the taste of a cup of fine Turkish coffee served with a piece of special Safranbolu Turkish delight, by the pool inside our 200 years old main salon with the peaceful sound of the water… Our time tunnel awaits you to explore a taste of Ottoman history.
