Then, it was divided and started to be used as an otel, This house, having been used as an otel for 35 years now, was restored by us and has been brought in the tourism of Çanakkale as the only boutique establishment carrying on business in the centre of the city with its distinct arthitecture and hot atmosphere in its historical texture, In our otel are there 20 rooms: one junior suit and 19 standard rooms, and 45 beds. There is also split air conditioner, central heating, garden, internet connection, fax, laundary, iron, dry cleaning, waking up service,generator in the otel and an autopark (has to be paid for) near the otel
