JEEP SAFARI

     For a day of adventure and fun. Join our jeep safari and visit the historical sites natural wonders and the best beach in the area.
Departing PATARA at 9:00 am the jeep convoy heads first for TLOS where you will see the tombs, theatre and castle left by 3 civilizations. - The Lycians, Byzantines and Ottomans-
After a short rest and a drink we continue along the forest road with superb views across the valley to Saklikent there you will be amazed by Europe's second largest canyon -400m. deep- and 18 km. long. You will also eat a lunch of fresh trout or meat in a restaurant beside the river.
After lunch the tour follows this river down the valley to Xanthos the most important city of ancient Lycia. You can visit the ruins and learn of its history before you continue to the sea.
At PATARA BEACH you will drive the jeeps along the deserted sandy beach. Then you can swim and relax the sun before heading back to hotel

PARAGLIDING KAS

Kas offers the best flying site in Europe, if not in the world.  A tandem paragliding flight over Kas is that very special treat that is never to be forgotten.

Transfer to launch area near the  summit of Asaz mountain (1000m/ 3500 ft). 

Your flight will take you over the mountain's ridges, out over to the sea for a wiev of Greece - Meis Island then to a gentle landing to the central harbour.

SEA KAYAK

      The fun and adventure of seakaying in the Kekova Island region takes you past small islands and to an ancient ship yard before paddling over an ancient, sunken Lycian city. The unrivaled natural beauty and unique ancient castle perched on top of  Kale village make this trip truly unforgettable.

          Material :

          You kayak in two person kayaks made by Prijon. Every participant gets a paddle, spray skirt,

          and a life jacket.The price includes material, guide, snack, lunch and excludes the drinks.

          Participants :

          The participants of this trip do not need kayak experience.stepping in and out of your kayak,

          when the kayak has flipped you're able to get out of it. You don't need to be able to make an

          Eskimo roll. The group has minimum of 6 and maximum of  18 participants. We kayak

          according the sea kayak rules.

          Tips :
          We advise you to take bathing clothes,  shorts, 1 shirt with long sleeves, hat, good sunglasses,

          shoes/sandals you can wear in the water, The sun is very strong, so you need a good protection

          milk with at the least factor 8.

09:45 Meet the in the KIRCA TRAVEL Office in Patara and transfer to our kayak base in Üçağız

         Village  by minibus.(1 H 15 min) 

11:00 İntroduction to Kayaks.(30 min) 

13:00 Tersane Bay; swimming , snack and walking around the ruins.(30 min) 

14:00 Kaleköy( Simena) ; Lunch, walk up to the castle and the see the ruins, paddle around the

         submerged lycian tombs. 

16:30 Paddle back to Üçağız (45 min)

18:00 Back to Patara.

To join us you need to be 14 and older, in good health (i.e. heart problems, ephilepsy, asthma, diabetes, pregnancy...) rafting experiance is not required

Canoe  Trip

             When we leave your hotel we travel to Xanthos on the River Esen. Once we have given you a little information about using the canoes we put them in the water. If the current is not too strong we canoe down river for half an hour then stop for a rest after which we continue the trip. On our next stop we leave the canoes in the water and enjoy a mud bath on the banks of  the river. For lunch we have grilled chicken, rice,salad then stay for a while for a well earned rest. The trip ends on the beach at Patara where the river meets the sea. From here we return you to your hotel.

Horseriding In Patara

   This ride begins at the horseriding stables in Patara and takes you  along the fieldtracks to the river and along the river until you reach the beach. There you have a chance to cool off and have a swim.After this we continue our ride along the contry tracks stopping for a while by the lagoon.As the horses tire we make our way back to Patara enjoying the beautiful views of the beach.From the riding stables we take you back to your hotel
