Suites & Apart Residence ; The Sozbir Royal Residence has the total of 29 suites at the main building and the 14 apart residences at the restorated historical join buildings.All face outwards and command  the panoramic  view of the Bosphorus. All wooden furnitures are hand carved and painted with traditional techniques.There are three different types of suites with 8 different color selections.

Sultan’s Ball Room and Meeting Facilities; At the Sultan’s,you can find the finest sample of the stone and wooden hand carvings of yhe magnificient Ottoman’s and Seljuk’s architecture with the incredible view of the Bosphorus. Sultan’s can accommodate for up to 250 persons for conference meetings and up to 220 for banquet organizations as seated.Also there are 3 other meeting rooms, can serve for 10-70 people.

Terrace Restaurant & Social Activities; You will enjoy the sunset and the magnificent view of Bosphorus both together at the outdoor swimming pool.The pool terrace can accommodate up to 350 people as seated for banquets.Also Terrace Restaurant serves spacial dishes from the Turkish and Intenational Cuisines up to 70 people ,located at the front joint building. Indoor swimming pool with the bosphorus view,sauna and Turkish bath will be at service in 2005
